Boone trying to control but Borges is working from the bottom. Boone wants to get up but he can't break Borges's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Boone trying to control but Borges is working from the bottom. Boone throws a big right hand that misses. Boone trying to control the position from guard on top but Borges is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.#T1# Boone stops Borges from standing up. #REF3# The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.#TD# Boone fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Borges to the ground. Boone is now in Borges's guard. Boone stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Borges swivels though and keeps the full guard. Boone trying to control but Borges is working from the bottom. #SUB2# Boone stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Borges has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Boone manages to get his head free but now Borges has transitioned to an armbar! Boone grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Borges! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
