Strowman fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Figueroa to the ground. Strowman is now in Figueroa's guard.
Figueroa has his hands on Strowman's head, controlling the position.
Strowman wants to control from the top but Figueroa keeps moving.
Figueroa pulls Strowman in to control the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Figueroa preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Figueroa wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Strowman changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Figueroa tries to avoid it but Strowman manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Figueroa to the ground. Figueroa escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Figueroa could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Strowman is trying to pull guard but Figueroa turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Figueroa has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Strowman is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.#TD#

Strowman closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Strowman lands in his opponent's guard.
Figueroa not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Strowman is fighting to break Figueroa's control of his arms but Figueroa is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Strowman is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Figueroa can't fight it off and eventually Strowman manages to take the fight to the floor. Figueroa looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.#SUB#

Strowman wants to control position but Figueroa is using a can opener to pass guard... He's turned it into a full on guillotine from mount now! Big trouble for Strowman here! He's turning a lovely shade of purple and yep! He's tapping out! I would say world class Jiu Jitsu but is it really? It was nice but let's not get silly about it.
