Motts throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Thompson sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Horrible takedown attempt by Thompson or perhaps it was just good defense by Motts, which made it look bad. #TD#
Motts throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Thompson was covering up waiting for the punch and Motts finishes the takedown easily into guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Thompson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Motts not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Motts has control of Thompson's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Thompson regains control of the situation pretty easily.
