Ektor is trying to force a seperation but Lugo has the dominant position.
Ektor has Lugo pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Lugo manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Ektor is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Lugo to keep the fight standing.
Lugo jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Ektor walks away with a smile on his face. Lugo gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Lugo throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Lugo stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Lugo wants it to stay on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ektorass Ektor. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Ektorass Ektor overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Ektor remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Dizzy Lugo comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Lugo has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
