Mathis looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Larsen looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Mathis is nestled in close to Larsen, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.#SU#
Mathis stands up from half guard.
Mathis gets in close and tags Larsen with a short punch that almost sends Larsen to the mat! Oh Larsen is in big trouble! He turns his back on Mathis, trying to create some distance but Mathis rushes him, striking wildly and Larsen goes down! The referee tackles Mathis into the cage to end the fight! Mathis is one violent man!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Petiah Mathis!
Petiah Mathis very nearly forgot to thank Dr. Dogood (160 quality for $135) amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
