Brightman shoots in looking for a takedown. Woodard tries to sprawl out of it but Brightman keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Woodard manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Nice sprawl there from Woodard as Brightman shoots in.
Woodard throws a quick counter head kick but Brightman was just out of range.
Woodard throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Brightman on the side of the head.

Garret Woodard has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Apollo Brightman.
Brightman shoots for a double leg takedown but Woodard sprawls well. He's pushed Brightman's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
