Partner scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Toine manages to mount him!
Partner tries to buck Toine off but he can't manage it. #SUB2#
Partner throws up some feeble strikes from the bottom. Toine smiles and locks on to an arm, pivoting beautifully as he drops to the side for an armbar. Partner tries momentarily to escape but he knows he's done and taps furiously to avoid injury. Confident submission skills displayed there by Toine.
