Simard dives in and grabs James's left leg, looking for a takedown. James pushes down on Simard's head and hops out.

It looks like Cedric Simard has been cut.
Horrible takedown attempt by Simard or perhaps it was just good defense by James, which made it look bad.
Jimmy James has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cedric Simard.

James cracks Simard with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Simard looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can James finish him?
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

James is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Simard flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Simard is out cold! James holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!

After winning the bout, Jimmy James thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.

Skywalker avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Skywalker smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
James uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Skywalker.
James throws a jab but it's blocked by Skywalker.
James with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Skywalker displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as James throws out the jab.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Skywalker! But no joy.
James uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Skywalker.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
James comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

James throws an uppercut from hell that sends Skywalker clean off his feet! He's out cold! James stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.

A very excited looking Jimmy James rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.

James throws an overhand right that lands on Sullivan's shoulder, as Sullivan tries to avoid the shot.
James works Sullivan's body with a nice hook.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
James moves into range and connects with a jab.
James jabs Sullivan right on the nose. Sullivan blinks but takes it well.
James looks to land a left hand but Sullivan moved out of range nicely.
James misses with a straight left.

Sullivan has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Tycoon Gym. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
James throws an overhand right that lands on Sullivan's shoulder, as Sullivan tries to avoid the shot.
James avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
James was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Sullivan shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
James scores with a jab to the body.

James uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
James lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Sullivan up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs James from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Sullivan's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
