Horrible takedown attempt by King or perhaps it was just good defense by Lighning Strike, which made it look bad.
King lands a body shot.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
King stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

King scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
King fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Lighning Strike looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Lighning Strike drops his hands for a split second and King immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Lighning Strike face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. King follows up with a right hand that knocks Lighning Strike into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
