Porabski defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hunt.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Porabski can do anything to dispel that myth.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Koli Hunt. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Hunt cracks Jackson with a big elbow.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jackson is trying to improve his position.
Jackson is trying to work for a sweep but Hunt has mounted him!
Jackson is looking to get to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Jackson tries to hold on but Hunt pushes him away.
Hunt tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Hunt cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Hunt is landing with some decent strikes but Jackson is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Hunt working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Jackson turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Hunt off and cradles Jackson's limp body as Hunt celebrates with his corner.

Murhapuro cracks Hunt with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Murhapuro lands a really nice looking cross but Hunt seems unphased. #CUT#

Murhapuro works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Hunt gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Murhapuro misses with a wild combination.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

It looks like Hunt might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Rodriguez's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Let's hope that Hunt has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
