Kid darts in looking for a takedown but Funaki gets double underhooks and turns Kid into the cage.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Kid crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Funaki - the referee stops the clock and Kid gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Funaki. Kid manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.#CL#
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Funaki creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Kid's defenses.
Kid jumps guard but Funaki turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. #BC2#
Funaki pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Kid tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
A decent looking cross lands there for Funaki.
