Kordic scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Kordic looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Lyoto with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Kordic is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Lyoto is just riding it out for now. Kordic eventually gives up the hold. #SU#
Kordic postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Lyoto to stand up.
Kordic bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Lyoto's head.
Old Lyoto is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
A nice inside leg kick there by Kordic. That's going to slow Lyoto down.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kordic feints and as Lyoto raises his hands in defense, Kordic changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Kordic not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Kordic passes Lyoto's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Lyoto has hold of Kordic's hands but Kordic slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kordic seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Lyoto is still in real trouble! Can Kordic finish him?
Kordic is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Kordic uses his free foot to push down on Lyoto's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Lyoto.
Kordic postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Lyoto out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Kordic goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!
