The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and Gregory Folan.


The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Gunter tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Kane defends well and Gunter ends up having to push Kane into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Gunter has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Kane is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Gunter dives in and grabs Kane's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kane pushes down on Gunter's head and hops out.

Kane should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Silva has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

This is a sustained period of stalling by Silva.
Silva seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Kane for as long as he can get away with.
