Marsh is looking to work some ground and pound but Barnes has wrist control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Barnes wants to control the position but Marsh says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.

Marsh's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Marsh, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Son Of clinches up with Barnes and pushes him back against the cage.
Son Of working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Son Of lands a body shot in the clinch.
Son Of lands a hook that snaps the head of Barnes backwards.
Son Of lands a right hand.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Son Of.
Son Of lands an uppercut.
Barnes tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Son Of just stands there and leans against the cage.
Son Of lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Son Of presses Barnes against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Barnes is breathing heavily.
Son Of lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Barnes or not.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Son Of.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Son Of lands a body punch.
Son Of lands with a left to the head.
Son Of creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Barnes's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Barnes drops to his knees and Son Of pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

The fight stays on the outside here - Barnes looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Barnes darts in looking for a takedown but Son Of gets double underhooks and turns Barnes into the cage.

Son Of is pressed up against the cage. Barnes has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Son Of down to the mat. Son Of avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Son Of fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Barnes could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Son Of creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Son Of throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Barness head.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Son Of swings wildly with an uppercut but Barnes uses good head movement to avoid it.

Daniel has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.#SUB2#
