Krisstus lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Miles bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Krisstus pushes Miles away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Miles gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Miles is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Krisstus will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
Krisstus wants to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Miles content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.

Krisstus tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Miles cranks the arm and Krisstus screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Krisstus, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

We've been told by Krisstus's head coaches at Navy Street MMA that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
