Emilienko has Mbozo pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Emilienko pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Mbozo tumbling to the mat - Emilienko dives into Mbozo's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Pedikov looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Mbozo is adopting a defensive guard.
Mbozo can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Pedikov controls the pace.
Pedikov wants to get up but he can't break Mbozo's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pedikov is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Pedikov working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
