Lupical is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Juan is defending well for now.
Juan has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Lupical is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Juan wants to take the fight to the mat but Lupical manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Lupical scores with a shoulder strike. #BC2#
Lupical pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Lupical goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Juan is rocked!
Lupical's corner calls for a 1-2. Lupical obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Oh Juan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lupical lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Juan at a distance.
Juan gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Lupical counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!

Lupical works Juan's body with a nice hook.
Juan looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Juan drops his hands momentarily and Lupical takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Lupical lands a slapping body shot.
Juan misses with a head kick.
Nice uppercut there from Lupical.
Lupical bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.#ROC2#

Juan definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Lupical fakes the body blow, causing Juan to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Juan goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

Juan looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
A little feinted left hand from Escalante on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Juan will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.#TD#
Escalante shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Juan's guard.

Juan is trying to drag Escalante to the mat but Escalante just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Escalante feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
