Kennedy bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Kennedy moves in looking to clinch but Carvaleho pushes him off.
Kennedy clobbers Carvaleho with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

and Carvaleho counters with a nice double leg into side control. Kennedy won't be happy with that.

Carvaleho is working to tighten his grip on Kennedy's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Kennedy has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Carvaleho is really squeezing tight and eventually Kennedy passes out! Carvaleho breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jacques Chaize.
