Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling eachother endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Dawson tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Tripper defends well and Dawson ends up having to push Tripper into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Tripper was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

That was a close second round but I would say that Kieran Tripper will probably get the nod.
