Aliyev looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Urmago has picked Aliyev up and slammed him! Aliyev can't keep hold of the triangle and Urmago manages to pass to side control!
Aliyev really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Urmago. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Urmago is working to tighten his grip on Aliyev's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Aliyev has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Urmago is really squeezing tight and eventually Aliyev passes out! Urmago changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gass tries to avoid it but Urmago manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gass to the ground. Gass escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Urmago shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Gass sprawls well. Gass wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Urmago gets slowly back to his feet.
