Rebel's coach down at Armored Fitness & Sparring was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Rebel's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Lock looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Lock tries to counter by clinching up but Rebel breaks away and moves out of range.

Lock tries to counter with a takedown but Rebel is quick to defend against it.
Lock has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Lock there as he acknowledges the shot.

so Lock counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Lock thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Lock working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Lock has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Lock advances to half guard.
Lock is looking to advance position but Rebel won't allow it.
Rebel is trying to stand back up but Lock is controlling him
