Gulf lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Gulf connects with a body shot.
Gulf lands a slapping body shot.
Gulf lands with a hook. Gracie tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Gracie shoots for a double leg takedown but Gulf sprawls well. He's pushed Gracie's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Jab, jab by Gulf - just one landing.
Gracie doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Gracie fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Leyte Gulf has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Royler Gracie.

Gracie's coach down at Catch Wrestling L.A. was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Gracie's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.#CL#
