and Of Skalitz scores with a counter punch that sends Calderwood to the canvas! Of Skalitz smells blood - he's punishing Calderwood with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Calderwood has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!

Calderwood with the counter takedown but Chumbo avoids it easily.
Calderwood lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Calderwood steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Chumbo.
Calderwood now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Chumbo dives in and grabs Calderwood's left leg, looking for a takedown. Calderwood pushes down on Chumbo's head and hops out.

and Calderwood counters with a good low kick that Chumbo was not able to check.

Calderwood lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Chumbo is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Calderwood has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Chumbo is looking to defend but Calderwood has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Chumbo! Calderwood pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Chumbo taps out and this one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Calderwood thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on James if he has to take too many more of those.
James looks for the body kick but Calderwood saw that one coming.
James closes the distance and clinches up with Calderwood, looking for a takedown. James pushes Calderwood against the cage but Calderwood circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Calderwood moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Calderwood fakes the leg kick and cracks James in the body.
Calderwood looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
James looks winded!
James throws a push kick but Calderwood slaps the foot to one side.
Calderwood connects with an inside leg kick.
James's coach down at Star Studded Beef was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on James's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lebowski dips a shoulder and cracks Calderwood with a mighty uppercut! Calderwood falls back against the cage and Lebowski unloads with a barrage of strikes! Calderwood is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Lebowski screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
