Long tries for a takedown but Karnage circles away easily
letting Karnage counter with a right hand.
Long has his takedown stuffed#KD#
and Karnage counters with a nice right hand that sends Long toppling to the canvas! Long scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Karnage finish him?!#ROC#Long is rocked!#CUT#It looks like Theo Long has been cut.
Karnage drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Long's head, knocking him out cold! Karnage is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Lester Karnage!
After the fight, Lester Karnage was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

Branca drives through and clinches with Long against the cage.

Long has hold of one of Branca's legs. Branca is fighting the takedown attempt but Long gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
