Knuckles McKill seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kahl throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck McKill on the side of the head.
Kahl throws a head kick but McKill moves out of range.
McKill moves forwards but Kahl connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Kahl connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Kahl pounces like a tiger and cracks McKill with a vicious hook! McKill is down but not out! Kahl follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!

Nice takedown defense from McKill. No joy for Ricky on that attempt.
Ricky avoids the body shot from McKill.

Ricky told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight.
