Akonia is looking to clinch but Sergeev is avoiding it.

Akonia gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Sergeev is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Akonia wants to sweep but no luck.

Sergeev is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
