Souza takes a jab right on the kisser.
Dos Anjos throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Souza's head.
Souza takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Souza takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Souza throws a body kick that misses
and Dos Anjos connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Souza shoots in but Dos Anjos avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Souza doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Dos Anjos counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Dos Anjos dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Dos Anjos moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Souza wants to control but Proba is keeping busy.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Proba connects with a nice short shot to Souza's temple.

Well Proba has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Souza is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. #REVR#
Pondey is staying active underneath Souza, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Well, if Souza is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
