Amida steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
Amida takes a jab right on the kisser.
Amida with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Perkins to score with a decent uppercut.
Amida avoids the body shot from Perkins.

Perkins takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Amida.
Wallace throws out a powerful jab.
Wallace misses with a hook.
Amida plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Wallace throws a predictable looking body shot
and Amida counters with a solid body kick.
Wallace just misses with a punch to the body.
Amida looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.
Amida misses with a head kick.
Amida lands a brutal head kick. Wallace looks out on his feet and Amida throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Amida buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Defro will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Defro shoots in for a takedown but Amida shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Defro fails with a takedown attempt.
Minato Amida has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Leo Defro.
Defro tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Amida lands a nice leg kick that just misses Defro's sensitive parts.

Amida feints and then cracks Defro's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Defro down.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Defro shoots in looking for a takedown but Amida manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Defro's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.#T2#
The fighters circle, before Amida throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Defro's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Amida lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
