The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Parvin throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Ning.
Parvin scores with a one two! Ning had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. #CUT#It looks like Wee Ning has been cut.
Ning misses with a wild body shot.
Parvin fails with an attempt to clinch.

Parvin will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Ning tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Nice uppercut lands for Parvin. That snapped Ning's head back.

Ning bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
