A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Koyri throws a hook to the side of Dong's head but Dong sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Dong is looking to wear down Koyri with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Koyri swings for the body but Dong moves out of range.
Dong takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Koyri, as that shot connected.
A big right from Koyri misses.
Dong drops down looking for a counter takedown but Koyri sprawls and moves away.
Dong takes a jab right on the kisser.
Dong changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Koyri tries to avoid it but Dong manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Koyri to the ground. Koyri escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Long Dong. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Koyri might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Koyri connects with a single shot there.
Koyri ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Pentti Koyri seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Koyri avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Koyri shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Damgaard takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Koyri sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Damgaard bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Pentti Koyri!

Laflame closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Koyri quickly recovers to half guard.
Laflame thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Koyri's head.
Laflame wants to pass to mount but Koyri is defending the position.
Laflame slips a nice elbow through Koyri's hands, connecting with Koyri's forehead.#CUT#It looks like Pentti Koyri has been cut.
