Nice uppercut lands for Pearson. That snapped Hintau's head back.
Hintau lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Pearson backs up against the cage.
Pearson seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Pearson swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Hintau changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.

and Pearson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Hintau has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

BOOM! Pearson lands a beautiful left hook that drops Hintau. Hintau tries to recover but Pearson is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Hintau lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
