Emu is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Limu Emu overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Alessio Scardina has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Kuzma throws a combination. Emu tries to block but a couple of punches get through.#CUT#It looks like Limu Emu has been cut.
Emu changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kuzma tries to avoid it but Emu manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kuzma to the ground. Kuzma escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Kuzma rushes Emu and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.#BC#
Kuzma pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Kuzma lands a jab-cross combination.
Kuzma throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Emu dives in and grabs Kuzma's left leg, looking for a takedown. Kuzma pushes down on Emu's head and hops out.
Kyle Kuzma has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Limu Emu.
Horrible takedown attempt by Emu or perhaps it was just good defense by Kuzma, which made it look bad.
Kuzma throws a big counter combination but Emu scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

Kuzma throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Emu stumbling backwards into the cage! Emu bounces back off the cage towards Kuzma, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Kuzma lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Kuzma celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
