A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Dlask accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Dlask working his ground and pound in the gym.

Gervonta Davis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Oliveira has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Oliveira is squeezing on Davis like an anaconda would it's prey. Davis fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! Davis drops Rooster with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Rooster looks back up at him and smiles so Davis waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Rooster looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Davis will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Rooster moves out of range as Davis strikes.
Despite the aggression on Rooster's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Davis fakes the body blow, causing Rooster to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Rooster goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
