Donkey feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Donkey trying to control the position from guard on top but Negi is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Negi tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Negi trying to keep a closed guard but Donkey is proving a slippery customer.

Donkey drops back, looking for a kneebar! Negi looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Negi looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Negi! #REVB#
Donkey is not content to let Negi control the position.

The referee asks Negi politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Negi prefers to stall for the moment though.

Negi has an Americana. Donkey didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Negi is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Negi hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Donkey closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Thanom did well to prevent Donkey getting side control.
Donkey wants to get back to his feet.
Donkey working the head and body with strikes.
Donkey is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Thanom knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Donkey on the ground.
Donkey pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.#SUB2#
Donkey looking to secure an arm triangle but Thanom defends it well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Donkey is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Donkey gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Donkey gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Donkey apologises and we restart here on the feet.
Thanom slips a jab from Donkey.

Donkey drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Donkey is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Thanom's shoulder. That is not cool.
Donkey cracks Thanom with an elbow. That is naaassty.#ROC2#Thanom is rocked!
Donkey scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Thanom is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Donkey can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
