We've been hearing reports that Bednarski has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Reynolds throws a half hearted mid kick.
Hidal leaves Reynolds with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Reynolds takes a jab right on the kisser.
Hidal scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Hidal cracks Reynolds with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Reynolds walks straight into a right hand from Hidal - that's dropped him! Hidal jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Reynolds from any more punishment! Reynolds complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

James tries to bum rush Hidal with a series of wild strikes but Hidal uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
