We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Thibodeaux moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Thibodeaux throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Richards sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Thibodeaux throws a jab but it's blocked by Richards.
Richards fails miserably with a takedown attempt.#TD2#
Richards feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Richards gets to his feet. Thibodeaux looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
A big left from Thibodeaux misses.
Thibodeaux throws a body punch but Richards moves out of range.
Richards slips a jab from Thibodeaux.
Richards drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Thibodeaux defends it well.
Richards tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Thibodeaux's jab looks to have found its range, popping Richards under the eye.#T2#
Richards changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Thibodeaux tries to avoid it but Richards manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Thibodeaux to the ground. Thibodeaux escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Thibodeaux swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Smif Thibodeaux is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Smif Thibodeaux has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Taedin Richards.
Richards steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Thibodeaux.
Thibodeaux missing with a left hand there. Richards was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Thibodeaux misses with an uppercut.
And Richards tries to counter it with a takedown but Thibodeaux pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Thibodeaux cracks Richards with a hook to the temple - Richards is on wobbly legs here! Thibodeaux swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Richards falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Thibodeaux wins by TKO!

Thibodeaux connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Thibodeaux definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Thibodeaux throws an overhand right that drops Richards like a sack of potatoes! Thibodeaux dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
