De Pain misses with a two punch combination.
Stokes takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
A combination from De Pain does no damage.
Stokes half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
De Pain takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Stokes pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
De Pain rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Stokes moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
De Pain takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Stokes looks for a takedown but De Pain sprawls well.
Stokes with a lazy takedown attempt
and De Pain counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Stokes thumps De Pain with a low kick.
Stokes connects with a crisp jab.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Stokes throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck De Pain on the side of the head.
De Pain slaps away a takedown attempt from Stokes, before circling back to the center of the mat.
As Stokes backs off De Pain throws a huge counter combo but Stokes manages to avoid it all.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kieth Stokes. That's going to take a lot out of him.#T1#
Stokes throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Stokes connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between De Pain's hands.
Kieth Stokes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Stokes takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Stokes misses with a takedown
and De Pain counters with a three punch combo that has Stokes backing up. Stokes nods at De Pain to acknowledge the strikes.
Nice jab there from Stokes.
Stokes lands a right hook to the body.
Stokes tries for a takedown but De Pain circles away easily
and De Pain counters with a nice uppercut.
Stokes looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? De Pain is fending him off so far but Stokes persists. Nope, De Pain circles away and we're back to standing.
Stokes misses with a hook. De Pain ducked under it nicely.
De Pain closes the distance and lands a one-two.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
De Pain throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Stokes stumbling backwards into the cage! Stokes bounces back off the cage towards De Pain, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! De Pain lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! De Pain celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Pierre De Pain!

Hamadou drives through with a takedown into guard.
De Pain really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hamadou. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Hamadou postures up in De Pain's guard and throws a big left but De Pain blocks it.
Hamadou sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Hamadou stands and throws De Pain's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Hamadou is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt De Pain will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
De Pain defending against the ground and pound.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Hamadou lands some shots froms side control.
The referee asks Hamadou politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Hamadou prefers to stall for the moment though.#T1#
Hamadou lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear De Pain down. #SUB#
Hamadou is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. De Pain knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Hamadou remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
De Pain takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Hamadou wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by De Pain, who protects the arm well.
Hamadou takes a little break here. De Pain wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
De Pain pushes Hamadou away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Hamadou gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. #SUB#
Hamadou is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. De Pain looks calm but he's in trouble here. Hamadou gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. De Pain is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Hamadou lets go of the hold and De Pain can pop his arm back in it's socket.
