Tong swats away the attempt to clinch by Mach.
Mach fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Tong appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Mach throws a series of strikes that have Tong backpedaling.

Tong walks into a left hand.
Mach misses with a few strikes there.
Tong went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Mach doesn't manage to clinch there - Tong circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mach ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Tong dives in and scores a takedown into Galowanga's guard.#SU2#
Tong gets to his feet - Galowanga follows without any prompting.
Tong throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. #TD2#
Tong shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Galowanga is trying to defend but Tong finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Tong is taking a breather. Galowanga says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Tong missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.

Galowanga escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Tong gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Galowanga isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Tong stacks Galowanga on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Tong!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
