Welterweight knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Rondon on the ground.
Rondon is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Rondon manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Welterweight manages to get himself to full guard.

Rondon half committed to a counter leg kick.
Later throws a lazy right hand but Rondon sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Rondon tried to counter with a leg kick but Later avoided it.
Later throws a shot from downtown. Rondon moves away and avoids it.
Rondon bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Later misses with a looping left.

Rondon really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Rondon displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Momally .
Rondon will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
