I think Cross has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Gold scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Gold slips a nice elbow through Mulumbu's hands, connecting with Mulumbu's forehead.
Mulumbu is looking to improve his position.
Mulumbu is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Gold scores with a couple of nice shots.
Gold is looking to advance position but Mulumbu won't allow it.
Gold landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Gold looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Mulumbu with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Ground and pound from Gold. #ROC#Mulumbu is rocked!
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Gold lands a nice short elbow.
Mulumbu is still in real trouble! Can Gold finish him?
Gold definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Mulumbu throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gold is nestled in close to Mulumbu, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gold is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Mulumbu is hurt! He's hurt bad - Gold fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Mulumbu from any more punishment! Congratulations to Gold! Great finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kai Gold!
