A nice side step and Chinaski releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Smith tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Chinaski defends well and Smith ends up having to push Chinaski into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.#BC2#

The fighters circling - Chinaski throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Smith misses with a leg kick.
Smith really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Chinaski's coach down at PhoQus Island Training was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Chinaski's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

It looked like Smith was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Chinaski cracks Smith with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Smith tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Chinaski pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Smith is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Bundy creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Smith's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Smith drops to his knees and Bundy pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Grappler shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Smith counters with a nice low kick that buckles Grappler's knee momentarily.

and Smith counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Smith really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Grappler. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Grappler in particular looking to stall.
Smith is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Arif closes this distance looking for a takedown but Smith circles away.
As Arif backs away, Smith returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Arif walks forward, straight into a front kick from Smith.
An inside leg kick lands from Smith.
Arif will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Arif lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. #TD2#
Arif fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Smith to the ground. Arif is now in Smith's guard.
Smith manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
