Liu connects with a right hand. Brands shakes it off.
Brands looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
A solid leg kick lands there for Liu.

Brands fails with an attempt to clinch.
Brands tries to move into range but Liu moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
We've been told by Liu's head coaches at Gumburcules Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
