A combination from Smolarek does no damage.
Smolarek changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Phillips tries to avoid it but Smolarek manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Phillips to the ground. Phillips escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Smolarek has been working on his balance at Gold Samurai's Gym, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Phillips.
