Dean slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.#CUT2#It looks like Jose Joao Antonio Ferriera has been cut.
Ferriera takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Ferriera uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Dean.
Dean staying out of range there.
Ferriera tries to close the distance and clinch but Dean swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Dean looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Nice defenses there by Dean.
Dean bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Ferriera's head backwards.
Dean fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Dean staying out of range there.

Ferriera moves into the clinch successfully.

Dean manages to break the clinch.

Dean works the jab nicely.
Ferriera misses the jab.
Dean feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Ferrieras jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!#ROC2#Ferriera is rocked!
Dean throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Oh Ferriera is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Dean comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Ferriera doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Ferriera seems to have got his legs back now.

Ferriera fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Dean, pushing him back against the cage.
Ferriera is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Dean to keep the fight standing.#BC2#
Dean breaks from the clinch.

Ferriera uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Dean.
Dean throws a good cross that connects.
Ferriera gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Dean is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Ferriera had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.
Ferriera fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Dean checks it well. #CL#
Ferriera clinches.
Ferriera tries to throw a body punch but Dean avoids it by throwing Ferriera back against the cage.
Dean is pressed up against the cage. Ferriera has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Dean down to the mat. Dean avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Ferriera throws a low kick but it's checked well by Dean.#KD2#
Dean cracks Ferriera with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Dean has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Ferriera to stand back up!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ferriera misses with a looping left.
Dean throws a monster overhand right that drops Ferriera! Dean follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
