The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Charles takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Fighter.
Gross tries to close the distance and clinch up but Fighter swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Fighter lands the left hand.
Gross avoids the body shot from Fighter.
Gross throws a big counter combination but Fighter scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.#CL#

Fighter has a couple of punches blocked by Gross.

Gross jumps guard but Fighter stands there with Gross around his waist. Gross gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

A slow jab from Fighter misses its intended target.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Fighter pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Gross was done - good stoppage!
