Latest News: Training Rules/Sparring Schedule (Mar 09, 2016)
  - Spend at least two sessions per week on your physicals (Yoga, Strength, Cardio)

-Never Spar 2 sessions in a row. (ie do not train Boxing Wednesday AM Muay Thai PM etc, this does not include if you spar the next day)

- Never train 2 things in a row (ie do not train Cardio Wednesday PM and AM etc)

- Never train a skill if 2 people are already assigned to it (best to find sessions with nobody on the session if possible, this is not connected to sparring)

- Make sure you have over 85% energy when training, if you are tired rest your fighter for a few sessions

- Always use vending for all your fighters (we are working on finding a nutrition partner)

- Always use supplements

- Spar Boxing 2 times per week and Muay Thai 2 times per week
