Latest News: Rules and sparring (May 10, 2017)
  Please, do try to follow these simple rules.

-If all the sessions are full use one session per week on your physicals (Yoga, Strength, Cardio)

-Never Spar 2 sessions in a row. (ie do not train Boxing Wednesday PM Wrestling AM etc)

-Never train a skill if 2 people are already assigned to it. (best to find sessions with nobody on the session if possible)

-Make sure you have over 80% energy when training, if you are tired rest him for a few sessions.

-Always use vending for all your fighters! We have the best supplements stocked that money can buy!
