Latest News: [UPDATE] (PLEASE READ) Some helpful advice (Apr 16, 2018)
  1: Make sure your energy and morale is above 90% percert when you train. Having low morale and energy will make your fighter gain less from every session and harm other fighters because the coach has to dedicate time to your tired or uninterested fighter instead of fighters that have full energy and morale.
Make sure to change your fighters clothes every couple of days to keep his morale up and make sure to give your fighter rest session so he isn't always tired.
2: (EDIT) Turns out you can do the same training sessions in a row and it won't give diminished reutrns, this only applies to sparring. So feel free to do training sessions like punch technique or takedown defense in a row. But don't forget to the phisicals. You can have max takedown defense but if your balance is low you still won't defend many takedowns. So just remember this: Agility helps with punches, balance helps with takedown defense, flixibility helps with kicks; speed helps with takedowns, strength helps with the clinch and conditioning helps your fighters to fight longer and train harder without losing energy.
3: DON'T SPAR ALONE. YOU WON'T GAIN ANYTHING FROM SPARRING ALONE.
Here is the schedule for sparring, follow it so you're not wasting time and training sessions:
Monday AM: Boxing
Tuesday AM: Muay Thai
Wednesday AM: Wrestling
Wednesday PM: Bjj
Thursday PM: Muay Thai
Friday PM: Wrestling
Saturday PM: BJJ
