  Here we go,you have been waiting for it for a long time now and it is finally happening.

All new Elite Gym on the Island, the coach will be added as the gym is getting crowded, but there will be no more than 30 people in the Gym ever, be quick if you want a spot.

SPARRING SCHEDULE :

Boxing : Monday AM / Friday AM
Muay Thai : Saturday AM
Wrestling : Tuesday PM / Thursday PM
BJJ : Wednesday PM

More session will be added if needed, please respect the planning session to get the most efficient training possible, also for the coaching session please try to stay at a maximum of 2 fighters per session if you need more session let me know
