  Welcome to Vancouer Island Fight Club! Located on the west coast of beautiful British Columbia. This is Ocra country so come for the beautiful views of nature, stay for the solid training facility.

Our sparring sessions are run by Yamcha Wolf-Fang and Ham 'Bobs' Burger. Sparring sessions will run as follows -
Boxing Sparring - Wednesday AM
Muay Thai Sparring - Thursday AM
Wrestling Sparring - Friday AM
BJJ Sparring - Saturday AM

We have limited rules here but they are as follows
-If there are already 3 fighters assigned to a training session do not add a 4th, it compromises the training for all. For example if you wanted to train takedowns and you saw (3, takedown, coaches name) do not add that session as it already has three fighters assigned. This does not apply to sparring.
-Be respectful to all in the comments section as we are in Canada here eh?
